The Tribe is gathering for yet another Integration Circle in the Yurt 🕯️🍁🧘I really love coming together in this way as it gives us a chance to slow down and check in with what is actually going on inside us after a psychedelic or plant medicine ceremony.
Sometimes a journey stays with us for a long long time. Maybe something has shifted, maybe there are things you still don’t quite understand, or maybe something keeps coming up in your everyday life that you haven’t really found a place for yet.
That’s some of what we come together around.
//About the circle//
The circle is a space for connection, heart-sharings, being witnessed and meeting each other where we are.
Our heart-sharings are not about telling the best story or explaining everything that happened during a ceremony or journey. You don’t have to make your experience make sense to everyone else, and you don’t need to have something particularly profound to say.
Instead, we try to slow down and notice what is actually alive in us right now.
What are you carrying?
What is asking for your attention?
Is there something you are finding difficult to bring into your everyday life?
Sometimes what comes out is very clear, and sometimes it is messy or difficult to put into words. That’s completely okay.
We listen without interrupting, fixing or giving advice. There will be time after the heart sharings for questions, reflections and conversation.

I am a certified Plant Medicine Integration Coach through Plant Medicine People and have been walking on the psychedelic path for 20 years.
I’m not here as an expert though.
I believe your experience belongs to you, and my role is mainly to hold the space and help create an environment where you can explore it for yourself.
I may share a reflection or a perspective when it feels supportive, but I don’t have the answers for you - and I don’t think anyone else should have them either.
We create the circle together, through listening, honesty, curiosity and a willingness to be vulnerable.
You are very welcome, whether your experience was yesterday or years ago, and whether you feel like sharing a lot or simply want to come and witness.
