Yomassage is a luxurious, evidence-informed experience where students are guided through gentle, supported yoga postures while receiving hands-on massage techniques from a licensed therapist.
Each session incorporates the breath, mindfulness, and therapeutic touch, all designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and foster a deep sense of well-being. The practice is accessible to all bodies and requires no yoga or massage experience.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
