There is a powerful energy within every woman. Wild, fearless, passionate, and full of possibility. Sometimes, all we need is a little space to awaken it.
Join us for a unique and empowering experience designed to awaken your inner dragon — the part of you that dares to dream, knows her worth, and has the courage to pursue what truly sets her soul on fire.
We'll begin with intentional breathwork to quiet the mind and reconnect with ourselves. Through guided journaling and a few thought-provoking questions, you'll be invited to look beyond everyday responsibilities, expectations, and limitations. This is your opportunity to pause, listen to your inner voice, and rediscover the dreams, desires, and passions that may have been waiting quietly beneath the surface.
From there, we'll bring that energy into the body through gentle yoga, mindful movement, and a playful touch of ecstatic dance — allowing ourselves to let go, move freely, and embrace the joy of simply being.
The experience will conclude with a special 10-minute immersive Savasana, featuring a unique sound journey created by a woman, for women. More than just relaxation, this guided experience is an invitation to awaken your inner dragon — to connect with your strength, ignite your confidence, and embrace the powerful energy that can help transform your dreams and desires into action.
First, discover what sets your soul on fire. Then, awaken the dragon within you to pursue it.
No previous yoga, meditation, or dance experience is necessary. Come as you are, ready to explore, move, and reconnect with your power.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
