About this Event
Join 501c3 nonprofit, Yena, and our founder/CEO, Stefanie Tovar in a Wellness Practice to support Collective Care and Mindful Movement. Beginner friendly Yoga movements will help release tension in the body, mind, and heart! Class ends with Loving Sound/Live Music to support you in Resting and Rejuvenating. Bring Your Yoga Mat or Beach Towel and a Water Bottle! All abilities are welcome to join!
It is encouraged to bring your own mat, but feel free to pull up a chair to join us in practice!
