Join Emily each Thursday for an inclusive yoga-inspired movement practice designed to reconnect body and mind in the middle of the day.
Each session blends breathwork, gentle vinyasa-inspired flow, and mindfulness practices to help you slow down, release tension, and return to yourself.
This class is welcoming to all bodies, all experience levels, and anyone looking for a supportive space to move and breathe.
Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, you’re invited to move at your own pace.
