A weekly class with simple and accessible practices focusing on the essentials of meditation, mobility, and deep relaxation. Please register and pay online. Arrive 15 minutes early. Open Francois Raoult - Open Sky Yoga is located in the carriage house of the Rochester Zen Center (one of the most famous Zen Centers in the world).
Parking is a little tricky. Avoid parking in either church lot. Park on Meigs, East Avenue, or Strathallan, and enjoy a brisk walk. As this is a historic landmark property, I suggest arriving early to settle into the zen that is inherent within the studio walls.
