About this Event
The Rochester Board of Realtist invites you to Confessions of an Appraiser, the second session of the RBOR Confessions Series: an intimate, off-the-record conversation with a working real estate appraiser.
Expect real stories, hard lessons and insider insight you won't get in a CE class: what really drives value, what gets overlooked, and how to prepare your listing and your file for the appraisal. Tailored to Black real estate professionals and open to all.
