Take a pause in your day with a 40‑minute yoga session focused on relaxation and restoration.
Led by Chloe Jay Yoga, the class will gently guide you through calming breathwork, mindful movement, and gentle stretches.
The session begins at 12:30pm, with the opportunity to stay afterwards and enjoy a refreshing healthy drink.
