Delivered by an NHS Health & Wellbeing Coach from the First4Health medical group and the session will focus on:

• understanding the link between stress and health
• recognising signs of stress
• learning practical stress‑management tools
• discovering local services and support

To finish on a calm note, you’ll be guided through breathwork, relaxation techniques, meditation, or a short Tibetan Sound Bath — a gentle way to reset and restore.
