About this Event
Experience Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra Workshop ✨
Looking to hit the "reset" button on your nervous system? Join us for a 90-minute immersion into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that leads you into a state of deep rest at the threshold between waking and sleep.
In this workshop, you will learn to relax the body, the mind, the breath, and the heart, allowing you to drop into a deeper layer of peace and stillness. This practice is designed to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and leave you feeling profoundly restored.
