In this journey Miguel Solari will guide you to deeper levels of consciousness through the powerful combination of Yoga Nidra, crystal sound bath, and neuroacoustic alchemy by Dan Cetlin and Maryzelle. These sonic tools naturally aid deeper relaxation and access to profound regions of our inner terrain, and subconscious states that can facilitate our manifestation process.

We are augmenting the quality of the practice by combining it with silent disco headsets to properly apply brainwave-entrainment techniques and live acoustics to gently guide the mind into profound theta states where we actively create ourselves from within. The Frequencies:

Over decades, brainwave entrainment research has unveiled the remarkable potential of various audio techniques to guide our brain's activity. One such technique is binaural beats, which create a harmonious dance between your brain's left and right hemispheres. Brain entrainment techniques are capable of guiding you into states of focus, relaxation, profound introspection, and deep sleep, all depending on the fundamental frequency.

Currently, there are a plethora of meditative soundtracks online that claim to use these techniques to 'balance chakras' or 'purify negative energy'. Miguel Solari and New England Conservatory trained musician Dan Cetlin, explored the world of ambient music and adopted a methodology grounded in scientific literature and self-experimentation. Their approach is further guided by the expertise of audio engineers and composers who specialize in crafting meditative soundscapes. They will be accompanied by sound healer practitioner Maryzelle on chakra crystal bowls to augment the vibration.

With the power of silent disco headsets, we will guide you through a stereo sound experience that we have curated. We have relentlessly experimented with the whole sound-healing toolbox and produced a dynamic sound journey designed to enhance the experience and guide you into deeper states. In addition to binaural beats, we integrated the following evidence-based techniques: bilateral phase shifting, isochronic pulses, solfeggio frequencies, hypnotic drones, trance-like motifs, and sound engineering.

Soundbaths:

Sound Baths are known to promote overall health in the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic body. With relaxing the entire nervous system through calming and scientifically tuned crystal quartz bowls, the attendee will find themselves in a tranced and restorative state. Our soundbath this evening will include 7 different individual Chakra Crystal bowls , with each bowl attuning to the same frequencies of each chakra. Beyond what the ears hear, the vibrations resonate harmoniously with yourphysical, emotional, and energetic bodies, and each of the chakras. The pure crystal healing bowls will bring the chakra system into a more balanced and harmonized state. Thus promoting your wellness and wellbeing in ways like an improvement in mood, sleep, focus, digestion, and much more. Expect to feel rejuvenated and fully rested afterwards.

Bios:

Miguel Solari

Miguel Solari is a Yoga Nidra teacher at the Center. He was born on the solstice into an esoteric yoga lineage in Lima Peru but it wasn’t until 2003 when he received his first 200hr YTT certificate at the Yoga Training Centre in Varanasi, India. He acquired a traditional Hatha Yoga foundation based on spiritual principles that set the stage for everything else. He went on to complete vipassana training, received kriyas, and completed several pilgrimages in Southern India which led him to cultivate a steady meditation practice. He entered the native Red Road ways in 2009, and committed years to various altars and elders, learned to work with plants and eventually became a fire ceremonialist. In 2019 he received his second 200hr YTT from Shivakali Yoga in Bali where he deepened his knowledge of Vinyasa, the yogic sciences, and tantric philosophies. It was here where he discovered the powerful practice of Yoga Nidra which encompassed everything he’s ever learned and applied. A new inner light is shining and he is here to share the transformative gifts of this practice with everyone.

Dan Cetlin

At the age of 3, Dan demanded his parents buy him a violin. He has been a student of music ever since. Now, two decades later, he is on a journey to channel his voice and share his music, aiming to transmit more beauty into the world, inspire others, and lovingly embrace each moment along the way. Immersed in the Contemporary Musical Arts at New England Conservatory, he explored a plethora of modalities, genres, and artists, all while honing his ear. He has seamlessly woven countless inspirations into his own personal style, cultivating a distinct voice as a violinist, performer, improviser, composer, and producer. Inspired by his musical studies, Dan has applied the same multimodal approach to all of his life. His journey has included software engineering, self-inquiry, and ever-expanding spiritual practices. In recent years, Dan has been fascinated by both Yoga Nidra and the field of brainwave entrainment. He has performed a lot of self-experimentation guided by his deep study of related scientific research.

Maryzelle

Maryzelle’s first love was the drums and from then on, she had been in numerous bands as a drummer, and has toured throughout the country as a rock & roll, psychedelic, and ambient musician. She studied percussion and sound therapy at Mills college. While studying music in college, she also received her 200 HR training as a yoga teacher, and has worked hands on as the college’s yoga assistant. From there, she truly bloomed into her love of healing through music and movement. Along with banging the drums and evolving spiritually, she tapped into her divine goddess mission into sound therapy. Over the past couple years, she has been hosting and creating soundbaths with crystal quartz bowls, tibetan bowls, electric guitar, african drums, gongs, electronics, divinity, and love.
