Come out for a donation-based vinyasa yoga class in the park led by Kaia Lynn. This class meets every Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30AM. Come as you are ♡
What to bring: a yoga mat and water (optional: a towel, set of yoga blocks, sunscreen)
We will meet just in front of or just behind the big fig tree in the center of the park. If the first parking lot is full, there are two more near the bathrooms. See image below for location and parking info ↓

About your host:
Hi, I’m Kaia! I started practicing yoga at age 11 when my mom dragged me to my first class (plot twist: I loved it). Over 20 years later, yoga is still my favorite way to move, breathe, and come home to myself.
My classes are encouraging, spirited, and alignment-focused — blending movement, meditation, and breath to support both physical strength and nervous system regulation. You'll leave class feeling grounded, connected, a little sweaty, and like you just gave yourself and overdue nervous system rinse.
