About this Event
Yoga Foundations
Move | Breathe | Learn
Yoga isn't one-size-fits-all. So why should your practice be?
Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time or you've been practicing for a while, there's always something new to discover when you slow things down and explore the foundations.
Join us for a 90-minute interactive yoga workshop designed to help you better understand the practice and find different ways to make it your own.
What can you expect?
- Learn the foundations: Get familiar with common yoga poses, terms, and transitions.
- Explore your options: Learn how to use props and adjust poses to suit your body.
- Connect breath with movement: Explore how breathing and movement work together.
- Put it into practice: Bring everything together in an accessible, guided yoga flow.
We'll start with tea and a chance to settle in before moving into the workshop. This isn't about memorizing poses or getting everything right. It's an opportunity to learn, experiment, ask questions, and experience yoga in a way that makes sense for you.
Who is this for?
Anyone curious about yoga, new to the practice, or interested in revisiting the foundations. All levels are welcome!
