About this Event
Step onto your mat for a special all-levels yoga experience blending mindful movement, reflection and Jewish wisdom. Slow down, reconnect and enter the Jewish New Year with intention.
Led by Julie Emden, founder of Embodied Jewish Learning, the practice draws from Iyengar-based yoga and Jewish teachings to create an experience for both body and mind.
Whether you practice yoga regularly or are completely new to it, you’re welcome. No previous yoga experience needed.
Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed and ready for what’s ahead.
