About this Event
This donation-based yoga class is lovingly coined, for nerds. Join for yoga, a nerdy playlist, and a game of MTG after!
This will be a Vinyasa style class. Vinyasa is a style of yoga that emphasizes the link between breath and movement and is known for "flowing" between poses.
Bring a mat and water bottle! You are welcomed to bring other props you prefer. Props and mats on site are limited.
Teens and pre-teens are welcomed as long as they are able to respect other's space and mat. Please remember - you do not need to coach your child during a yoga class. There is literally a teacher in the room for that!
To pay for class you can donate online or in-person. In-person donations can be monetary or donation of school appropiate comic books, manga, or MTG cards. All to be used in a school just aorund the corner!
About Your Yoga Teacher - Mia Oballe, E-RYT200, RYT500
Mia has been teaching yoga since 2019 and is considered an experienced yoga teacher, having tuaght over 1,000 classes to adults, teens, and kids. SYoga has been a source of community, connection, and self-exploration for her. She loves to share the practice with others and looks forward to having you in class!
