Join us in the heart of Coconut Grove for a soulful evening of connection, movement, and music 🌿✨

This weekly gathering is a space to come together as a community—whether you’re new or experienced, coming solo or with friends, all are truly welcome. Move, breathe, chant, and share in a warm, open atmosphere designed to nourish both body and spirit.
