In the fast pace of everyday life, we often keep moving forward without taking a moment to notice how we truly feel.
Island of the Senses is a 60-minute wellness experience designed for young people.
Through gentle yoga, interactive movement, dance, Pastel Nagomi Art and sensory experiences, participants will be invited to slow down, reconnect with their bodies and feelings, and explore what they may need in the moment.
A Wellness Corner will also be available throughout the session, offering participants the freedom to pause, rest or simply take some space for themselves.
We believe that caring for our mental health does not always have to begin with a serious conversation — sometimes, moving, creating or simply taking a pause can be a way to reconnect with ourselves.
城市生活節奏急促，我們有時只顧著向前走，卻忘了停下來感受自己。「五感小島」是一個 60 分鐘的青年 wellness experience，將小島的放鬆感帶進城市。
參加者將透過瑜伽伸展、互動律動、和諧粉彩及五感體驗，放慢節奏，重新連結自己的身體、感受與內在需要。
活動設有 Wellness Corner，讓參加者可以按自己的需要隨時休息、探索或單純留一點空間給自己。
我們相信，照顧心理健康不一定要從沉重的對話開始 —— 有時候，動一動、創作一下，或者好好停下來，也可以成為重新連結自己的方式。
