Sink into the soothing melody of crystal bowls, gongs, monochord, chimes, harps and more. Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues, offering the perfect opportunity to slow down, release tension, and build resilience in your body. Let the sound vibrations wash over you, clearing stagnant energy and leaving you refreshed in body, heart, and mind.
Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring yours, or a pillow and blanket if you prefer. Dress comfortably in layers.
6:15pm - Arrive by 6:15 pm to settle in for the experience.
6:25-7:25pm - Yin Yoga with Sound Bath
7:25-7:40pm - Sound Healing in stillness - extended shavasana
