We were honored to lead the very first class, and now we come together for the very last.
About this Event
YIN YANG NIGHTS
One Last Gathering at LÖYLY Sauna Lounge
Saturday, October 31, 2026
12 PM to 6 PM | FREE All Day
This one is bittersweet.
We were there for the very first class at LÖYLY Sauna Lounge, and now we have the honor of guiding the very last one.
On October 31st, LÖYLY will close its doors for the final time.
Over time, this space became more than a place to gather. It became a community where we could slow down, breathe, reconnect, and share meaningful moments together.
As this chapter comes to an end, we invite you to join us for one final gathering filled with gratitude, connection, breathwork, meditation, and sound.
THE FINAL EXPERIENCE
12:00 PM | Community Circle & Gathering
Come together to connect, reflect, and celebrate the community we’ve created.
12:30 PM | Guided Meditation with Lillian Manek
A moment to slow down, become present, and reconnect with yourself.
12:50 PM | Breathwork with Mike Thacker
Explore the power of conscious breathing through a guided breathwork experience.
1:30 PM | Sound Meditation with UNIONisCREATION™
Join Saumil & Lillian for a final sound immersion, creating space for stillness, reflection, and gratitude.
2:00 PM to 6:00 PM | Cold Plunge Experience
Enjoy the outside cold plunge as we spend our final afternoon together at LÖYLY.
FREE ALL DAY
This isn’t just a goodbye.
It’s a celebration of every person who walked through these doors, every connection made, and every moment we shared.
We were here for the beginning.
We’ll be here for the ending.
One last gathering. One community. So much gratitude.
With love and gratitude,
Saumil & Lillian
