Join us for the perfect mid-week reset to bring the body and mind back into balance. Ease in and let go as our certified instructor guides you through this mindful practice accompanied by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.
In Yin, floor poses are held for several minutes which allows the body to soften gradually, getting into fascia and connective tissue. You’re encouraged to meet your “edge” the place of sensation without strain that balances challenge and ease. Here, you settle into stillness and let time do the work. This nourishes inner calm and steadiness, reduces muscle tension, and supports mobility.
