Conclude World Wellness Weekend with a restorative and immersive workshop from Best Life-ing created to help you reflect on your experiences, reconnect with your personal goals, and set meaningful intentions for the future.
The experience will begin with an interactive Quantum Peak workshop exploring the connection between the mind, body, emotions, habits, and personal transformation. Through guided reflection and practical exercises, you can identify patterns you're ready to release and clarify how you want to feel and move forward after the weekend.
The workshop will transition into a deeply relaxing hypnotic sound journey combining guided hypnosis, meditation, breathwork, and therapeutic sound. Rest comfortably as you are guided into a calm, receptive state designed to support relaxation, inner clarity, and the integration of new intentions.
The experience will close with gentle grounding, reflection, and practical guidance for carrying the weekend’s insights into everyday life. No previous meditation, hypnosis, or sound-healing experience is required.
Comfortable clothing is recommended.

Things to know: RSVP is required. Discounted valet at $10 per vehicle and public parking is available nearby. This will be an outdoor event. Please bring your own yoga mat.
