We Create an altar for Mother Gaia, call totems, then prepare cacao, energise it with drumming & chants, do some heart-opening & ecoMagicAbout this Event
We are gathering on this evening to honour Earth Day - with a special Cacao ceremony, that inlcudes sacred space & calling te elemental guardians Air, Fire, water, Earth.. and Totemic animal spirits of the UK. Once Cacao is prepared and we begin sipping, there will be drumming & chants to attune to the Earth, open our heart centres and connect to the Heart of mother Gaian (Earth Goddess in greek mythology). We'll then engage in some Eco-magic - sending protection for all wild life, safeguarding the environment, and ending wars and bringing peace! (This magic will be reinforced with magic at our World Peace day Cacao circle on 21st in September!)
What you can do:
Please share this event and promote Earth day & Eco-Activities.
Cacao drinking in a ritual circle.
It is an old tribal practice that works gently in heartcentre and energy openings in people. It takes time to work. It's effects are subtle, and can include a good feeling of wellness, connection, love, gratitude, mindfullness, positivity. So starting with groundedness, stillness, and balance is importrant in order to feel its effects.
Our Ceremony - stirring, chants & energising cacao
- Help Build altar : Few of the attendees can help us build altar with logs, foliage, and lights and lanterns, statues brought from home.
- *We are using Organic, Vegan, Ceremonial grade Cacao, grown by the Ashaninka Tribe in Peru*
- This Cacao circle will have all our usual hands-on ceremonial aspects -- each person adding a spoon of ritual grade Cacao to vegan-friendly milk - speaking positive intentions for eco-magic, and stirring the milk-cacao mix. . While cacao is heating up, we drum, dance, chant around the cacao pot, to raise energy and imbue the Cacao with that collective . Then Cacao shared out and drunk by each person.
