She is a passionate advocate for mental health in the media, which she explores through her weekly Daily Mail column and her podcast The Life of Bryony. In 2017 she was awarded the MIND Making A Difference Award and the Royal College of Psychiatrist’s President’s Medal in 2023 for her work in mental health.
