Your journey begins on the stunning fifth floor, where the yoga studio opens out to panoramic views across the city. Sip welcome drinks, settle in, and ease gently into your day with restorative Hatha Yoga, calming yogic breathing, and a deeply nourishing yoga nidra.

After your practice, enjoy a seasonal vegetarian retreat lunch, thoughtfully created for our group by Executive Chef Mike Kenyon and his team. A delicious dessert is included, and all dietary needs can be catered for.

Slip into your robe and slippers and enter two hours of pure thermal-suite indulgence, featuring:

• Herbal sauna – aromatic herbs and spices to rejuvenate the whole body
• Ice bowl and water drench – an exhilarating full-body refresh (Wendy’s favourite!)

• Himalayan salt sauna – soft, warm glow and ion-rich air

• Experience showers – water, light and fragrance therapy
• Tepidarium – heated relaxation beds

• Indoor pool – 15 metres, with swim jet, water blades and underwater music
