About this Event
Come together. Speak your truth. Allow healing to unfold.
Every 3rd Sunday of the Month | 3pm–5pm
Sometimes we carry things for so long that they begin to feel like part of who we are.
Old emotional wounds, deeply ingrained patterns, fears, grief, or feelings we cannot quite explain. We may have talked about them, understood them intellectually, even worked on them for years — yet something still feels stuck.
The Women’s Healing Circle is a space to bring whatever you are carrying, be truly heard, and allow healing to happen.
Each month, we gather in a warm, supportive and confidential circle where women can speak openly about what is happening in their lives, without judgment, advice or pressure to change.
There is no fixed topic or predetermined agenda. We follow what feels most alive in the room.
Where sharing meets healing
At the heart of the circle is the understanding that being heard, witnessed and accepted can itself be profoundly healing.
But we also go deeper.
Assiya is an Essenian healer who specialises in working with deep mental, emotional and energetic blocks — including patterns that may have been present for years and can feel almost impossible to shift.
Drawing on her experience and intuition, she works with what emerges in the circle, using energy healing, healing oils, vibrational sound and other practices as appropriate.
Sometimes this means gently exploring an emotion or belief. Sometimes it means following an energetic thread to something deeper. And sometimes healing happens quietly, without the need for words.
There is no prescribed process. We follow what emerges and allow what is ready to shift, to shift.
The healing power of women coming together
Something special happens when women gather with the intention to heal.
One woman’s story may resonate deeply with another. An insight shared by one person may bring clarity to someone else. Sometimes witnessing another woman’s healing process opens something within us that we didn’t even realise was there.
Each woman’s presence contributes to the healing energy of the circle.
You don’t need to have a particular problem to attend. You may be navigating a difficult period, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, struggling with an old pattern, or simply longing for a deeper connection with yourself.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
What you may experience
Every circle is different, but women who have experienced Assiya’s healing work describe:
- A profound sense of calm, peace and emotional relief
- The release of deeply held emotional and energetic blocks
- Greater clarity around difficult situations and recurring patterns
- Feeling lighter, more balanced and connected to themselves
- Meaningful inner shifts that continue unfolding after the healing
What to expect
- A warm, caring and confidential space where every voice matters
- Time to share your experiences and be heard without judgment
- Intuitive energy healing woven naturally into the circle
- Healing oils, vibrational sound and other energetic practices where appropriate
- The support and collective healing energy of other women
- Tea, snacks and the comfort of good company
Why we gather
Healing doesn’t always happen through doing more, trying harder or understanding ourselves better.
Sometimes it begins when we finally feel safe enough to let something go.
When we speak a truth we’ve been holding inside.
When someone listens without trying to fix us.
When an old emotion is given the space to move.
Or when the presence of other women reminds us that we don’t have to carry everything alone.
We come together to share, to listen, to witness and to heal.
And to discover what becomes possible when we allow ourselves to be supported.
