Join Our Women’s Wellness Circle!
Hey wonderful ladies! Ready to unwind, connect, and recharge? Our Women’s Wellness Circle is the perfect spot to create a safe, supportive space for women to connect, share, and nurture one another. Held on the first Wednesday of each month from 6:30–8:00 PM, this intimate gathering brings together a small group of women to enjoy dinner, engage in guided wellness discussions, and learn from holistic practitioners.
This month's circle:
Dr. Kenzie Hoar is a chiropractor, wife, mom of two, and co-owner of Garden City Chiropractic, where she has the privilege of caring for hundreds of families each week. With a special passion for women, pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric health, Dr. Kenzie focuses on helping women better understand the powerful connection between their nervous system and their overall well-being.
Her heart is to help women feel empowered in their health—not simply chasing symptoms, but understanding how stress, nervous system regulation, and the body’s ability to adapt can influence the way we feel and function every day. Through her work at Garden City Chiropractic, she loves helping women and families build a strong foundation for lifelong health and create a healthier legacy for the next generation.
As always, this circle is more than just education—it’s a space to connect, share wisdom, and support one another. Come as you are, and leave feeling empowered, nourished, and more deeply rooted in community.
