About this Event
On the last Sunday of every month, all women are welcome to join our meditation circle. We gather for one hour, during which one of our women instructors will guide us through a meditation practice, complemented by a reading and often a relaxation exercise. In the spirit of openness and acceptance, we invite you to be with us and experience yourself just as you are, in a supportive atmosphere of silence and connection. This event is open to women everywhere and to meditators of all levels.
The gathering is held both online and in person at the Nyingma Institute in Berkeley. If our hosts are not local, you're welcome to join us for a live viewing in our peaceful meditation room. Experience meditation together in a calm, shared space! Zoom links will be sent out via email after registration.
