Cancellation Policy
Delegate registration cancellation must be notified in writing by e-mail to [email protected]. The following cancellation rules apply:
- 50% of the Delegate fee is payable where delegates cancel more than 15 working days from date of the planned event
- 75% of the Delegate fee is payable where delegates cancel between 14 - 3 working days from the date of the planned event
- 100% of the Delegate fee is payable where delegates cancel between 2 - 0 working days from the date of the planned event.
- A substitute person can attend instead once you have notified a member of the WWPPM team with the new delegate details 48 hours before the planned event start time.
- No-shows will be charged the full fee.
- Each delegate is responsible for organising their own travel visas if required. WWPPM cannot be held liable for any no-shows or cancellations due to visas not being issued in time to attend the conference.
