About this Event

A Monthly Learning & Community Series for Women

📍 Eataly Toronto – Second Floor, facing Gelato Artigianale
The table under the sign: Good food deserves good design

đź—“ Every Last Friday of the Month

Women represent 50.1% of the global working-age population, yet account for only 40% of total employment and just 35.4% of management positions worldwide.
So the question isn’t whether women are capable it’s what’s holding them back, and how we move forward together.

Women in Leadership is a recurring gathering designed to learn, reflect, and build a strong, supportive community of women navigating today’s workplace across industries, cultures, and career stages.

What This Series Is About

Each session explores a focused theme around women at work, leadership, and advancement grounded in global insights and real lived experiences.

We’ll explore questions like:

  • Why do women leave the workforce — and what brings them back?
  • What barriers still exist to leadership and decision-making roles?
  • How do confidence, culture, caregiving, and systems intersect?
  • What practical strategies help women progress without burning out?

This is not a panel-heavy event it’s a guided conversation + peer learning experience.

What to Expect Each Month

✔️ Short insight segment (data-driven, global perspective)
✔️ Guided group discussion (practical, respectful, inclusive)
✔️ Peer connection & community-building
✔️ Real takeaways you can apply at work
✔️ A consistent circle you grow with over time

Come once or make it part of your monthly reset.

Who This Is For
  • Women currently working or re-entering the workforce
  • Professionals aspiring to leadership or influence
  • Entrepreneurs, managers, and individual contributors
  • Women seeking learning + belonging, not just small talk

You don’t need a title just curiosity and openness.

Why This Matters

Progress doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens when women share knowledge, support each other, and build momentum together.

This series is about:
✨ Learning something new
✨ Being seen and heard
✨ Building a trusted women’s community in Toronto
✨ Creating space to grow — consistently

Together, we learn. Together, we grow. Together, we shape what’s next.
