About this Event
Blend your own essential oil scents, learn to work with natural wax, and pour your own candle.
Spend two relaxing hours creating your own scented candle using natural, pure essential oils.
Bells, from the Alchemist Satchel, will help you explore essential oils and teach you the basics of aromatherapy and scent blending before creating your own unique fragrance. You’ll then learn how to wick, scent and pour your candle using sustainable coconut and rapeseed wax and cotton wicks.
Finish by designing your own label before taking your handmade candle, recipe and instructions home. All materials are provided.
Some light refreshments and snacks will be avaliable, but due to hygiene reasons, there will be no supper served. With greatful thanks to our funders, Cumbria Community Foundation for helping fund this event.
