In a calm and relaxed manner, you will get to understand the foundations of Kundalini Reiki level 1. This is a different way to using reiki energy to the very popular Usui Reiki. This will allow you to help your friends, family, pets and yourself to bring calmness and relaxation into your lives. You will also learn about the main chakras so that you can sense which will need extra work on them. There will be lots of practical hands on experience on both days, so that you will feel comfortable using the energy after the attunement. This is a special opportunity to spend time and effort on your own wellbeing and actually benefitting with something at the end of the weekend
