WNRR Dallas Coffee Shop Rave - World Mental Health Day Edition
WNRR is hosting a Coffee Shop Rave Run on October 10th in honor of Global Mental Health Day, with lululemon helping power the morning.
The event starts at 10 AM with a group run. Runners, joggers, and walkers can choose a distance of 1.5 or 3 miles. Afterward, Berni Bean transforms into a coffee shop rave, with a DJ, coffee, and a full morning of community activities.
We'll have a cold plunge station, provided by Evolve Social Wellness, with raffle prizes for those who participate. We'll have other cool activities to be revealed on the day of!
Tickets are $10, with all proceeds going to the National Alliance on Mental Health of North Texas.
