About this Event
A seasonal series designed to help women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies through the changing rhythms of nature.
Each season carries its own energy, pace, and invitation. Just as the natural world shifts throughout the year, so do we.
In Ayurveda, wellbeing is not about forcing ourselves into balance at all times. It’s about learning how to respond to life with greater awareness, nourishment, and care as our needs change.
These gatherings offer a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself through seasonal teachings, embodied practices, ritual, nourishment, and community.
Grounded in the wisdom of Ayurveda and gently informed by feminine embodiment and Tantra, each retreat is designed to feel practical, restorative, and deeply human — supportive of real life rather than separate from it.
Together, we explore simple practices that help cultivate greater steadiness, vitality, resilience, and connection throughout the year.
Winter
Restoring the body. Honoring stillness. Replenishing what sustains you.
Winter is the season of stillness.
Nature withdraws inward. The earth rests. Beneath the surface, restoration is quietly taking place.
Yet many of us resist this rhythm. We continue pushing forward, overriding the body’s need for warmth, reflection, slowness, and replenishment.
In Ayurveda, winter invites deeper nourishment and conservation of energy. It is a season for tending the inner world, strengthening resilience, and reconnecting with what truly sustains us.
This gathering is an opportunity to soften the constant pressure to produce and instead honor rest as sacred and necessary.
Together, we’ll explore warming, restorative practices that support replenishment of body, mind, and spirit during the darkest season of the year.
The Experience
Each retreat is a 3-hour group gathering designed to feel both grounded and spacious.
You’ll be guided through:
- a seasonal teaching grounded in Ayurveda
- embodied movement and breath
- a seasonal ritual practice
- a hands-on nourishment experience exploring seasonal foods, preparation, and ritual
- time to integrate, reflect, and connect
In Ayurveda, food is one of the most immediate ways we support the body. It’s not only what we eat, but how we prepare and engage with food that shapes how we feel.
The nourishment portion of each gathering is designed as a participatory experience rather than simply a shared meal. Participants will be involved in simple preparation while learning how seasonal ingredients and cooking methods can support the body throughout the season.
The intention is to make these practices feel approachable and realistic, so what we explore together can naturally carry into daily life.
Participants will also receive a Seasonal Ritual Card at each gathering, creating a year-long guide to living more intentionally with the rhythms of the body and the natural world.
