Join us on Friday 20th November for a special winter sound journey with Flolux Sound, using gongs, singing bowls and other sacred sound instruments.
Bath in the soothing sounds and gentle vibrations as you rest beneath twinkling lights, allowing yourself time to slow down, unwind and step away from the busyness of everyday life.
The evening will also include oracle cards and aromatherapy, bringing together sound, scent and reflection to create a calming and nurturing experience for the senses.
Sound journeys offer a beautiful opportunity to pause, quieten the mind and reconnect with yourself. The gentle sounds and meditative atmosphere may help you find a sense of calm, ease everyday stresses and create space to check in with how you're feeling.

Flora (flolux sound) is a Light Artist and Qualified Sound Therapist based in Edinburgh. Her interest lies with sounds ability through vibration to aid healing within the body and restore alignment. Working closely with sound, light and meditation. Her work has been displayed in various city's across the UK
We can provide yoga mats and bolsters. Please wear warm comfortable clothing and bring extra blankets/pillows if you would like, the cosier you are the better!
