As women on Wall Street we often find that we are too busy focused on our clients portfolios that our own portfolios are lacking the attention they deserve. UBS will host PE WIN for a fireside chat around how we as female investors can take a more active stance in our financial lives. We will hear from top thought leaders on the state of public and private markets and how to tailor your investment portfolio to weather both and achieve your financial goals. Whether you are dealing with overconcentration or thinking about preparing for life after work our partners at UBS will guide us in the right direction.

Despite there being more female breadwinners than ever before 41% of them are still differing major financial decisions to their partner or family member.

Jordan Ricciardi, CFP ® CIMA ®

Jordan oversees the KWM women’s wealth segment and focuses on the financial needs of women assisting with education, financial planning, investment analysis, and tailoring portfolios to align with their objectives. Jordan also cultivates and hosts client events with top industry thought leaders focused on empowering female investors. She is a Certified Financial Planner CFP ® and a Certified Investment Manager Analyst CIMA®. Jordan has been in various media outlets representing UBS including ABC, the Floor of the NYSE and Forbes. Outside of the team Jordan is on the communication committee for Allbarnone the firm-wide network for women and the board of the Pink Agenda – junior board of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Solita Marcelli

Solita Marcelli is Chief Investment Officer Americas for UBS Global Wealth Management. Solita is responsible for bringing together market and investment insights to optimize impact for UBS Americas clients, with over USD 1.8 trillion in total invested assets. She is a member of the global CIO and WM USA management committees, and serves on the Global Investment Committee, which is responsible for formulating the UBS Global Wealth Management Investment House View. Solita’s team provides tailored advice to 6,000+ UBS Advisors, on topics including asset allocation, equity and fixed income strategy, sustainable and thematic investments, single security analysis and more. Solita is widely recognized as a thought leader in the industry, and is featured frequently in the financial media, including CNBC, Bloomberg and the Wall Street Journal. Solita has been named one of the most powerful women in finance by American Banker and Barrons.

Stephanie Drescher

Stephanie Drescher is Apollo’s Chief Client and Product Development Officer and member of the Firm’s Leadership Team. She joined Apollo in 2004 and has led the build out of the Client and Product Solutions business globally. Stephanie currently oversees Apollo’s Global Wealth business and the Client Portfolio Management, Product Development, Client Marketing and Client Experience functions. Stephanie serves as Co-Chair of the Apollo Expanding Opportunity Steering Committee and is the Co-Founder of Apollo Women Empower (AWE), Apollo’s women’s network. She sits on the board of directors for The Student Leadership Network and is a member of iCapital’s Board of Observers. Her previous board roles include ADT Security Services and Invest In Others. Since 2020, Barron’s has named her annually to its list of the 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance.
