Chef KC Suen is the founder of Post-Slavic Narrative Gastronomy, an original culinary philosophy inspired by the diverse culinary heritage and cultural memories of Eastern Europe.
Rather than representing the cuisine of any single nation, this philosophy explores the shared stories, traditions and identities found across the region through contemporary fine dining.

ABOUT THE CHEF
Chef KC Suen is the founder of Sour Kreme Atelier and creator of Post-Slavic Narrative Gastronomy.
His work combines culinary storytelling, contemporary fine dining, original music composition and artistic presentation into a single immersive dining experience.
Each event is uniquely designed and will never be repeated in exactly the same form.
