Inspired by the themes of the iconic film, we’ll gather in a cozy, judgment-free space dressed in our favorite pajamas and loungewear to watch Waiting to Exhale while sharing meaningful conversation, laughter, reflection, and genuine connection.

Throughout the evening, HBHM’s signature guided discussion will explore topics of healing, identity, relationships, boundaries, forgiveness, self-worth, and the courage to release what no longer serves us. Together, we’ll create space to be seen, heard, and supported.
