About this Event
Critically acclaimed Swedish-Thai singer, composer, and producer Sirintip celebrates the release of her third record, White Lilies, with a full-band performance and immersive visuals at Littlefield.
Out October 30, White Lilies is an intimate collection of songs exploring grief through place and memory after the sudden loss of her father, revealing Sirintip’s most personal songwriting to date. Returning to Bangkok to sort through the untouched home where she grew up, she found herself inside a time capsule of memories. White Lilies is a musical memoir of that return, transforming memories of home and loss into a deeply personal story of grief, identity, and resilience.
Praised for her depth and dimension, Sirintip creates at the intersection of avant-pop, jazz, and electronic music. Her previous albums include Carbon (Ropeadope), named one of DownBeat’s Best Albums of 2022, and Tribus (GroundUP Music), produced by Snarky Puppy’s Michael League and featuring Mark Guiliana. She has toured internationally as a bandleader and alongside Snarky Puppy and Sungazer, with appearances at SFJAZZ, the Nobel Museum, Joe's Pub, National Sawdust, and Winter Jazzfest.
For this special release show, Sirintip brings the world of White Lilies to life with a five-piece band and immersive visual projections.
