About this Event

An October Sound Bath for Feeling, Listening & Reconnecting with Your Inner Truth

What if anger isn't something we need to get rid of? What if, instead, it's something we can listen to?

As we gather under the First Quarter Moon in Capricorn, we'll create space to gently explore one of the emotions we are often taught to push away, soften, or keep to ourselves.

Anger can be uncomfortable. It can be loud, quiet, simmering beneath the surface, or show up as frustration, resentment, exhaustion, or simply the feeling of I've had enough.

But beneath anger, there is often something asking to be heard. A boundary. A need. A hurt. A truth. A part of ourselves that wants to be acknowledged.

This evening isn't about fixing your anger, getting rid of it, or figuring everything out. Instead, we'll slow down and give ourselves permission to notice. To feel what is present without judgment, and to become curious about what our emotions might be trying to tell us.

We'll begin with a grounding guided meditation, from there, you'll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of the sound bath, allowing what wants/needs to rise.

Come as you are. There is nothing you need to solve, fix, or release tonight.

Just space to feel.
Space to listen.
Space to come home to yourself.

No experience is necessary. ✨
