What If We're Wrong About People?

WHAT IF WE'RE WRONG ABOUT PEOPLE?

What if the greatest talent opportunity isn't finding better people, but learning to see people differently?

Every day, we make assumptions about people. Their backgrounds. Their experiences. Their potential. Their ability to succeed.

But what if some of those assumptions are holding us, and our organizations back?

Join us for an inspiring and thought-provoking leadership conversation that challenges the way we see people, hire people, and recognize potential where others may overlook it.

• How our own experiences shape the way we judge others.
• Trauma-informed leadership and why understanding people matters.
• The overlooked talent pools employers aren't considering.
• How organizations can hire differently without sacrificing performance or accountability.

This event is also an opportunity to connect with fellow HR professionals, business owners, executives, and community leaders. Expect authentic conversations, fresh perspectives, and meaningful connections.

This conversation is designed for:

• Business owners and executive leaders
• HR and talent acquisition professionals
• Hiring managers and organizational leaders
• Professionals passionate about leadership, workforce development, and building stronger teams
