About this Event
Join us every Wednesday morning for Sunrise Yoga at MediaCity. Set in the Hot House, led by the expert instructors from The Wellness Hub MCR, these gentle yet uplifting flows are designed to help you reset, stretch, and centre yourself before the working day begins.
These sessions are completely FREE and open to all fitness levels (ages 18+).

What: Sunrise Yoga for everyone
When: Every Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 8:35 AM
Where: Hot House, MediaCity (please see image below for the location on the map)
April Schedule:
- 29th April: 12pm -One-off lunchtime yoga - Yoga for Desk Workers
May Schedule:
- 6th May: Stretch and recover for runners
- 13th May: Neck & shoulder tension release
- 20th May: Yoga for stress relief
- 27th May: Stretches for better posture
(All levels welcome + beginner-friendly)
