A restorative 60-minute experience combining gentle warmth, heated jade rollers, automatic massage, and BrainTap guided audio relaxation. Designed to encourage relaxation, ease everyday muscle tension, and provide a soothing escape for body and mind.
HIFU | Skin Firming & Facial Contouring
Discover a nonsurgical aesthetic treatment using focused ultrasound energy to support collagen remodeling and improve the appearance of skin firmness. Treatment areas may include facial contours, jawline definition, and the appearance of mild skin laxity.
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM | Reiki + Realign
A restorative morning of intentional yin yoga, chakra-focused postures, individual Reiki energy work, and guided stillness.
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Guided Meditation with Sonia Hitchcock of SOMA
