• Mobility led by Desirée from 3:15-4p

• Soundbath meditation 4-4:45p

• Individual Bodywork led by Practicioners including active stretch and massage 3-6p

Move your body, listen to your body and find support from any of the three modalities of your own liking. It's all about community, healing, and good vibes.
