Hey there, fellow counsellors! We invite you to join us for a guided Wellbeing Workshop designed for all qualified and trainee counsellors.
In a safe, welcoming, and nurturing space, we explore what it's like to be a counsellor: the emotional landscape, the challenges, and the unseen moments. This is an opportunity to tell your story creatively, to explore your experiences and emotions through art.
This series of wellbeing workshops, taking place every six weeks, is designed to explore themes of our personal and professional lives through working creatively with various mediums, such as paint, fabrics, clay, and things found in nature. This not only provides us with the space to express ourselves, but also with an opportunity to reflect on how to incorporate creativity into our client work.
No artistic experience or skill is needed - just bring curiosity and courage to engage in creative exploration. The workshops are guided, but shaped by you.
All materials will be provided by us, unless otherwise specified beforehand. Hot/cold drinks and snacks will also be available.
