As the leaves fall and days shorten, join us in the wild Southdowns to celebrate the changing seasons. This retreat invites you to slow down, rest, recover, and reflect while cultivating new intentions for the colder months. We honor KĀLĪ, the divine Goddess of time, change, and destruction, guiding us through deep rest and releasing what no longer serves us.

Begin with a dynamic open-level yoga class to ignite agni (fire), moving stagnant energy to create space for grounding and releasing. Then, explore Conscious Connected Breathwork, using circular breath rhythms to deepen presence and self-connection—no experience needed, just curiosity.

Finally, indulge in healing sauna and cold plunges nestled under the trees, sharing stories, fire, and sweat to warm your bones and soul.
