Embodied Flow Yoga Class - Donation Based. Helen (she/her) is passionate about being an ally for oppressed and underrepresented groups which is why all proceeds from my classes are currently going to `All Our Relations charity, who are supporting families in Gaza.

Join Helen for a rejuvenating Embodied Yoga Class on Thursdays at 6:30 PM (BST) at South Portslade Community Centre, BN41 1LB. This is an open level class, perfect for anyone who may be newer to the practice and is curious to find out more, and also to seasoned practitioners. You will join a welcoming and fun community. Please come as you are - all are welcome!
Helen's classes are designed to be accessible and open to all bodies and beings, creating space in the mind and cultivating awareness in the body. During the 60 minute class, you can expect intuitive movement where you are encouraged to listen to your body and move from a place of compassion. This is an open level class, where beginners are encouraged. Modifications are always offered.
Classes are offered on a donation basis, whatever you can afford-type-vibe, with most students paying somewhere between £5 - £10. If you would love to join but can't afford it right now, please get in touch!
