Join us at Delaware Valley Zen Center for an evening of chanting, sitting meditation, and walking meditation. Practicing together offers a chance to pause in the middle of a busy week and bring our attention back to this moment.
Whether you are new to Zen, returning to practice, or regularly sitting with us, you are warmly welcome.
Our schedule:
6:30 PM: Chanting
7:00 PM: Seated meditation
7:25 PM: Walking meditation
7:35 PM: Seated meditation
8:00 PM: Four Great Vows and closing

Practice is free and open to everyone. No meditation experience or membership is needed. If this is your first visit, please arrive a few minutes early so we can help you get settled.
