Newark United Methodist Church ishosting an outreach community event, "Nerf and Nachos," on Friday, October 16. Nerf blasters, loaded nachos, and a whole lot of foam. Nerf & Nachos is the kind of event kids will talk about long after the last dart hits the floor. Kids will go head-to head in a series of challenges that test their aim, nerve, and teamwork, from knocking down towers and hitting moving targets to navigating a full-on gauntlet with leader guardians defending the finish line. One impossible shot will be set up in the corner of the room all event long, just waiting for the one kid skilled enough to land it. When the action slows down, the nacho bar opens up, and everyone gets to dig in. Nerf & Nachos is a day where big fun and good food bring kids together in the best possible way.
Grab some friends and join us for this blastastic family-friendly event!
