October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we're coming together as a FIT4MOM community to show our support, spread awareness, and make a difference! 🎀
We all know someone whose life has been touched by breast cancer. Maybe it's you, your mom, sister, grandmother, best friend, or someone else you love. This cause hits close to home for so many of us. 💗
Here's how you can participate:
🎀 WEAR PINK to any FIT4MOM class on Thursday or Friday! Let's turn our classes into a sea of pink!
💕 DONATE IF YOU CAN! We're collecting donations for the Susan G. Komen Foundation to support breast cancer research, education, and the fight against this disease.
💗 Every dollar counts! No donation is too small. Contributions can be sent directly to Crystal via Venmo, and 100% of the donations collected will be forwarded to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
