A Welsh hill weekend with a MDA twist.We will be doing the classic “Fan Dance Route” on the Saturday, unlike other companies that offer a chance to beast yourself against the clock this offers those with an interest a chance to walk the route with two of our instructors who have completed the Fan Dance for real within the military. You will enjoy sunrise on the top of Pen y Fan, yes at times see what pace is required to pass the real thing, enjoy the views and I’m sure there may be a war story or two along the way.
On the Sunday we change pace and rest our weary legs – we will stay in the stunning woodland and visit some of the areas stunning waterfalls including Sgwd yr Eira the only waterfall in the UK that you can actually walk behind. Talk to us about options for either local accommodation that we will source for you, meeting us at the start point or indeed going for the full experience with a night out in a bivy bag under a tarp.
